My name is Kate Palsrok – I’m so excited to be able to provide edge to edge pantograph quilting for your quilts, and so grateful that you’re trusting me with your work!

This is a picture of me and my main man Zeus. (Get it!? god of thunder…Storm Cloud Quilting!) My three daughters and I are completely head over heels for him. We’ve had some big ups and downs over the last few years, and he’s been a huge bright spot in our lives!

I’ve been quilting since about 2009, right after I graduated from college. I taught myself, and I’ve learned a LOT along the way! I’m currently the VP of our local Modern Quilt Guild chapter, the Grand Traverse Bay Modern Quilt Guild – and I’ve had the opportunity to teach a few times as well! I love that a quilt is a super functional (and super gorgeous!) item that says “I love you” like no other! It’s like having a hug you can snuggle up with. There’s nothing that makes me happier than seeing my quilts dragged around by my girls, being used and loved on.

I’ve been dreaming of starting a longarm quilting business for almost a decade – and here we are. My machine is an APQS Millennium (her name is Millie!) and she’s computerized and ready to take on the quilty world!
